Before application · Invest CAD $200,000 outside GTA or in ICT.
Minimum investment (Inside GTA)
Before application · Invest CAD $600,000 within the GTA.
Net worth requirement
Pre-qualification · CAD $400,000 (outside GTA/ICT) or $800,000 (inside GTA).

Requirements
2 years of business ownership or management in the past 5 years.
Invest CAD $600k in GTA or $200k outside GTA/ICT.
Net worth: CAD $800k (GTA) or $400k (outside GTA/ICT).
Own at least 33.3% and create 1–2 full-time jobs.
CLB 4 in English or French and active management in Ontario.
