The Global Talent Stream (GTS) allows Canadian employers to hire highly skilled foreign workers in tech and in-demand roles.
It offers a two-week work permit processing standard under Category A (referral) or Category B (occupation list). Permanent residence is a separate application, usually through Express Entry or a Provincial Nominee Program.
