The BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration – Base Category allows experienced business owners and senior managers to invest in and actively manage a business in British Columbia (BC), Canada.
Successful applicants can obtain Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) after meeting investment and job creation goals under a signed Performance Agreement.

Requirements
3+ years as business owner or 4+ years in senior management.
Minimum net worth of CAD $600,000 verified by a third party.
Invest at least CAD $200,000 and own 33.3% of the business.
Create one full-time job for a Canadian or PR.
Minimum CLB 4 in English or French.
Reside in BC and actively manage the business.
