Requirements
Secure a Letter of Support and Commitment Certificate from a designated organization (VC fund, angel group, or incubator).
Meet CLB/NCLC 5 in English or French.
Show proof of settlement funds based on family size.
Own at least 10% of the company; total ownership with the organization must exceed 50%.
Incorporate and actively operate the business in Canada before PR approval.
Actively manage and participate in the business from within Canada.
