- The business turnover has been £1 million in the last year just prior to the submission of the application
- Businesses should have generated jobs for at least 10 resident workers in the UK
- Â Business should have generated jobs for a
minimum of 5 resident workers in the UK with an average salary of a minimum of £25,000 annually.
vii.                The business should have generated a minimum of £500,000 in the last year alone of which at least £100,000 of exporting to overseas has occurred.
