Requirements

Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within last 5 years.

Occupation must be an eligible trade under Canadian NOC/TEER rules.

Either a valid job offer for at least 1 year in Canada OR a certificate of qualification from a Canadian authority.

Meet language thresholds (CLB 5 speaking/listening; CLB 4 reading/writing).

Intend to live outside Quebec and meet health and character checks.
