Requirements

Minimum 1 year of skilled Canadian work experience (1,560 hours) in the last 3 years.

Work experience must be in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupations.

Meet language level requirements (CLB 7 for TEER 0/1; CLB 5 for TEER 2/3).

Experience must have been gained while authorized to work in Canada.

Intend to live outside Quebec.

Who cannot apply

Not having at least 1 year of eligible Canadian work experience in the last 3 years.

Failure to meet required language levels for your NOC category.

Unverifiable employment or document discrepancies.

Confirm Canadian Work Experience

Ensure you have 12 months (1,560 hours) of eligible work experience in the last 3 years.

Language Test

Take IELTS/CELPIP or TEF/TCF and meet CLB requirements for your NOC.

Create Express Entry Profile

Enter the Express Entry pool under the CEC stream.

Receive ITA

If selected, submit a complete PR application within 60 days.

05

Receive PR Approval

After processing, receive Confirmation of Permanent Residence and land in Canada.
