Requirements
Be nominated by an approved employer located in a regional area.
Hold an eligible temporary visa (for TRT stream).
Work in the nominated position for at least 2 years with the employer.
Be under 45 years of age (some exemptions apply).
Meet English, health, and character requirements.

Not employed in a regional area.
Invalid or withdrawn employer nomination.
Failure to meet age or work experience conditions.
