About Spainنبذة
Spain offers non-EU founders a company structure, the Sociedad Limitada (S.L.), that can be formed from €1 of share capital and incorporated in 1 to 10 days through CIRCE. Founders can then apply for residence as entrepreneurs under Ley 14/2013. The route sets no minimum investment or job creation; it requires a business plan that is innovative and/or of special economic interest for Spain, backed by a favourable ENISA report. The visa runs for one year and the authorisation granted in Spain for three years, renewable for three. Residence is in Spain, with visa-free Schengen travel of up to 90 days in any 180.
