Relocate to UK from Dubai to invest and grow

The UK is the center of economic changes in the world. The UK is one of the largest economies in the world. Its capital London is one of the 3 Global economy commanding centers. England has been able to rule around the world and has been able to influence cultures across the globe. English is an official language in dozens of countries around the world. It was the center of the industrial revolution in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is one of the most innovative economies in the world. UK brings in the UK Innovator Founder Visa program to invite foreign innovators to open a business in the UK.

The Innovator Founder visa replaced the earlier Innovator visa on 13 April 2023, and the UK Start-up visa closed to new applicants on the same date. The old requirement to invest a minimum of £50,000 was removed: there is no fixed minimum investment, but the business plan must be realistic and properly funded.

This program allows more than one founder to apply with the same business. However, each of them has to obtain an endorsement letter from an approved endorsing body. UK provides the required infrastructure to help the businessman conduct business in the UK.

The investor should be at least 18 years of age. He should have a new business idea for the UK. The investor should be able to prove that his business idea is innovative and viable. This business plan should show that the business is scalable.

The investor should also prove English at level B2 in all 4 skills which include reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

The investor should provide bank documents to prove his economic standpoint that he can support himself and his family when living in the UK. He cannot at any given point in time depend on public funds in whichever way possible. It is better to work with International Investment Immigration experts to get the right documents and put them in place.

The endorsing body assesses whether the business plan is realistic and whether the business has access to enough funding to carry it out.

The investor can open one or more business firms in the UK. The investor can bring his immediate family into the UK as dependants. This visa is valid for a period of 3 years and can be extended. After 3 years on this visa, the investor can apply for settlement (indefinite leave to remain) if his endorsing body confirms that the business meets at least 2 of the below rules –

i. At least £50,000 has been invested into the business and actively spent furthering the business plan.

ii. The number of the business’s customers has at least doubled within the most recent 3 years and is higher than the average for comparable UK businesses.

iii. The investor has indulged in quite an amount of R&D in the UK or the rest of the world to enhance the product. The business should apply for intellectual property protection in the UK

iv. The business has generated a minimum annual gross revenue of £1 million in the last full year.

v. The business has created the equivalent of at least 10 full-time jobs for resident workers.

vi. The business has created the equivalent of at least 5 full-time jobs for resident workers in the UK with an average salary of a minimum of £25,000 annually.

vii. The business should have generated a minimum of £500,000 in the last year alone of which at least £100,000 of exporting to overseas has occurred.

It is important that the investor works with the right immigration firm that is an expert in the field of international investments.
