Grenada has made significant changes to its citizenship-by-investment (CBI) program – key amongst them the minimum investment requirement for the real estate option has been reduced from USD 350,000 to USD 220,000. This makes Grenada’s minimum price point for real estate investment much more competitive with neighboring jurisdictions, although it is only available in projects approved under the USD 220,000 option; other approved projects still require USD 350,000.
Grenadian citizens can travel visa-free to the UK (with an ETA) and to Europe’s Schengen Area, and Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI country with an E-2 Investor Visa treaty with the US, so its citizens can apply for this non-immigrant visa. These enhancements to the Grenada Citizenship-by-Investment (CBI) Program improve its accessibility and make it more attractive for potential investors.
