To qualify under this scheme
- You should have legally obtained net worth of a minimum of CAD $ 1,600,000.
- You should have experience in management in either commercial business or industry business or farming business. You can have experience in managing legal professional business
- You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in management and this experience should have been during the last 5 years prior to the date of application.
- Experience gained as a trainee or an apprentice will not be considered
- Your duties should have been related to planning, managing and controlling of the financial, material and human resources.
- You need to enter an agreement to invest CAD $1,200,000 (old value - $ 800,000) with a Canadian Financial intermediary authority who is either a broker or a trusted company, when you intend to settle in Quebec and participate in the Investor Program.
- Else, you can pay CAD $ 220,000 onetime interest instead through our arrangement with a financial intermediary
It takes around 4 to 5years to process the VISA.
This visa program does not consider your education nor your experience.
