The UK is the center of economic changes in the world. The UK is the 5th<\/sup> largest economy in the world. Its capital London is one of the 3 Global economy commanding centers. England has been able to rule around the world and has been able to influence cultures across the globe. The English language is currently the official language of most of the countries in the world. It was the center of the industrial revolution in the early 19th<\/sup>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0century. It is one of the most innovative economies in the world. UK brings in\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0UK innovator Visa program<\/strong> to invite foreign innovators to open a business in the UK.<\/p>\n

Such an innovator will need to invest a minimum of UK \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a350,000 in England. This program requires that the investor does not live in the UK or Switzerland. He should be outside the country. Such an investor will not have any other income in the UK other than from his business.<\/p>\n

This program allows 2 investors to invest with the same business plan. However, each of them will need to invest UK \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a350,000 and each of them has to obtain an endorsement letter from the authorized organization. This program is one of its kind in the whole of European Investments<\/strong>. Any kind of investment in the UK will help the investor get access to the whole of European markets. UK provides the required infrastructure to help the businessman conduct business in the UK.<\/p>\n

The investor should be at least 18 years of age. He should be ready to invest a minimum of \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a350,000 in a new business with a new business idea in the UK. The investor should be able to prove that his business idea is fresh and viable. This business plan should show that the business is scalable.<\/p>\n

The investor should also obtain a decent score with respect to language ability set in all 4 skills which include reading, writing, speaking, and listening.<\/p>\n

The investor should provide bank documents to prove his economic standpoint that he can support himself and his family when living in the UK. He cannot at any given point in time depend on public funds in whichever way possible. It is better to work with International Investment Immigration<\/strong>\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0experts to get the right documents and put them in place.<\/p>\n

The total amount of investment required is UK \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a350,000. This amount can be already invested in the business. However, the same needs to be proved. The funds for investment can come from the applicant himself, from a UK organization that employs a minimum of 10 people from a foreign organization that has 10 employees, or from a third party. Although the source of the investment funds needs to be mentioned, it does not require the investor to prove the same. Businessmen who are on a UK Start-up visa<\/strong> can shift to this visa when the start-up visa expires to continue their stay in the UK.<\/p>\n

The investor can open one or more business firms in the UK. However, he cannot work for anybody outside his business. The investor can bring his immediate family into the UK and they will enjoy the same visa status as the investor. This visa is valid for a period of 3 years and is renewable \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153n\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 a number of times. However, if the investor has lived in the UK for 3 years on this visa he will be eligible for a \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201csettlement visa\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d there. To qualify for settlement, the investor has to satisfy at least 2 of the below rules \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u0153<\/p>\n

  1. The \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a350,000 has been actively used to further the business in the UK<\/li>\n
  2. The number of customers has doubled during the past 3 years<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    iii.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0The investor has indulged in quite an amount of R&D in the UK or the rest of the world to enhance the product. The business should apply for intellectual property protection in the UK<\/p>\n

    1. The business turnover has been \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a31 million in the last year just prior to the submission of the application<\/li>\n
    2. Businesses should have generated jobs for at least 10 resident workers in the UK<\/li>\n
    3. \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Business should have generated jobs for a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      minimum of 5 resident workers in the UK with an average salary of a minimum of \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a325,000 annually.<\/p>\n
